 Meeting was called to order at 11:40 am by Chairman Schwan  Members Present: Joe Schwan (Groton), Jeff Clark (Hitchcock-Tulare), Jim Hulscher (Doland), Monte Nipp (Langford), Ryan Bruns (Northwestern), Michael Kroll (Warner), and Brian Heupel (Leola) * The board was also joined by all NCSEC Staff  Members Absent: Knute Reierson (Frederick)
