Dear Artisan,

Greetings! We are planning our 3rd Annual SASi (Sandpoint Area Seniors, Inc.) Spring Craft Fair and we would like to have you join us! The dates are Friday evening, April 14th and Saturday, April 15th, 2017.

We have attached the registration form which we need back from you with your full payment by April 1 th, 2017 in order to confirm your space. If you were with us last year and would like the same location, please let me know. You can also get a space and a half or two spaces if need be (price adjusted accordingly, no discount for larger spaces).

Hours for the fair will be Friday evening, 5pm – 8pm and Saturday 9am – 3pm. Set up will be on Friday from 3:30pm – 5pm on Friday evening and tear down will be on Saturday afternoon 3pm – 5pm. In order to establish continuity, we expect participants to keep their booths open through the entire duration of the fair. Please do not pack up early! Please note these a slightly different hours from the past. We have a class on Fridays from 2-3:15pm, so we can’t start till 3:30pm. If you need more than 1 ½ hours to set up, please let me know.

In lieu of additional percentage charge of sales, we will gladly accept donations to help support our SASi programs. Tidy Tops has already promised to share 50% of sales!! Fabulous!!

Fees: Spaces: (Does not 8’ wide x 6’ deep $35.00 include tables) 4’ wide x 6’ deep $25.00

Tables: 6’ $10.00 3’ $7.00
