Title: Some updates on the working document: “Quality of Experience Requirements for IPTV” for AVS

1 Introduction

In the Working Document: Toolbox for content coding (FG IPTV-DOC-0162, and former FG IPTV-DOC- 0128, FG IPTV-DOC-0096) , which has described the use of H.264/AVC video as specified in [ITU-T H.264] and [ISO/IEC 14496-10], VC-1 video as specified in [SMPTE 421M] , AVS video as specified in [GB/T 20090.2]. However, in the Working Document: Quality of Experience Requirements for IPTV (FG IPTV-DOC-0151), we found that it missed AVS materials.

2 Proposal

In order to keep consistency between achievements, we propose to update the working document for the missing materials by the attached document.
