In continuation to this Office Order No.5733/PN/MIS/1/1A-4/05, dated 20.09.2005 the Governor has been pleased to designate the following officials for acting as Public Information Officer U/s.5 (2) and First Appellate Authority U/s.19(1) of the Right to Information Act 2005 for providing information in prescribed means as per the Act and Rules to be framed by the State Government.
