Dear 2016 Camp BLAST Staff Recruit,

There may be snow on the ground today, but summer’s coming! When I think of summer, I think of you! Why do I think of you? Because you have directly influenced children (at Camp BLAST) to consider Jesus as their personal Savior and there’s nothing more important in this world than being instrumental in bringing someone to know Jesus personally!

We can’t have summer camp without staff, so we need YOU and approximately 60 others, called by God to serve Him by serving as counselors, assistant counselors, and camp support staff.

Some Camp BLAST details:

WHEN: July 25-29 (camp staff arrives on Sunday, July 24 for orientation) WHERE: Michindoh Ministries in Hillsdale, Michigan THEME: COST: $75 to help offset the cost of your food and housing

As camp draws near, we ask for your help with the following:  Help in the search for qualified men and women who can serve as counselors and assistant counselors. If you know someone who would like to serve, feel free to email them the link to the application. Excitement is contagious – share your excitement over the opportunity to serve in this way!  Stay connected by joining the Camp BLAST Staff group on Facebook.  Begin praying regularly for our week of camp: -For the Children – that God prepares their hearts and the way for them to attend -For the camp director and Central Region staff as we seek God’s will in recruiting, staffing, and programming all details of camp. -For the counselors, assistant counselors, camp staff, and Michindoh staff. -For God to be honored in all that is said and done.

All applications for the 2016 camp MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MARCH 31 to be among those FIRST considered for this year’s staffing.

If you are ages 16 or 17: A Medical Authorization Form will be sent to you by email once your application is received in the Central Region Office. This form MUST be printed out in hardcopy and signed by a parent or legal guardian. (Does not apply to those ages 18 & over) The form may be scanned, with the parent/guardian signature, to [email protected].

If you are applying for the first time: A Pastor’s Reference Form will be sent to the pastor listed in your application under References.
