All Deposits are Non-Refundable – (Deposit Based on Event Size) A Total Number of Persons Guaranteed is required 5 Working Days prior to Event. No Refunds shall be given for a Lessor Number of Guests after the guarantee is submitted. Additional guests shall be billed and final payment shall be required the day of the event. Tax Exempt Organizations must submit a Valid Exemption Certificate Prior to Event Date.

Tent Furnishings Currently, the tent is furnished with white tables and chairs, 8 lighted silk ficus trees, 3 large hanging plants dropping from the ceiling mid-span, and dimable lights spanning the ceiling, a concrete floor, and panoramic window panels viewing the golf course. For an elegant affair at an additional cost, our tent can be transformed into a formal Banquet Room, with the addition of black turf carpet, pleated tent liner, wooden dance floor, globe lighting draped along the sidewalls, chandeliers, heaters and air conditioning. Please request a quote if interested.

Storage Space Limited Storage Space for Prizes, Gifts, Wedding Attire, Etc. is available on the 3rd Floor of the Main Building.
