New EdAssist Features to Offer Employees Additional Opportunity for Growth and Development

As we drive for top performance across Northrop Grumman, we know there is a direct link between business results and employee engagement. Among the many key employee engagement attributes the Gallup survey measured are the desire to learn, grow and develop.

To help employees with their growth and development, Northrop Grumman has leveraged its partnership with the EdAssist program to offer additional education program benefits.

Through this expanded partnership, Northrop Grumman can provide additional, valuable benefits while maintaining affordability. With this enhancement in place, employees gain enhanced education assistance resources:

NEW – Free Educational Advising – Experienced EdAssist education advisors will work with employees to tailor an education program to match their career goals and provide ongoing support. This interaction will help keep employees on track to successfully complete their degree or professional certification in less time and cost by maximizing learning dollars within the established sector cap, as applicable.

NEW – Valuable Tuition Savings at Accredited Schools –The EdAssist education network features access to accredited schools located in a variety of geographies. Through the network, employees attending these schools can experience reduced tuition costs, waived or reduced fees and credit for experience.

This enhanced EdAssist feature will become available to Northrop Grumman employees on April 16.
