ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

PRESENTING BREAKFAST SPONSOR $350 The Presenting Breakfast Sponsor will receive a large sign with the company name and logo at the entryway to the event and a banner of your choice hanging behind the registration table. Members of your business will act as greeters for the event and you will be given the opportunity to welcome the guests and give a 3-minute commercial about your business to an audience of over 100 members and guests. You will also be given the opportunity to furnish a brief write-up about your business to be used in the Chamber Focus published in the Blackstone Valley portion of the Telegram & Gazette the first Sunday of each month.

Breakfast fee is not included and a 50% deposit is required to confirm this promotional opportunity.

SPEAKER SPONSOR: $250 The Speaker Sponsor will receive a large sign at the front of the room near the podium with your name and logo. The Speaker Sponsor will also introduce the speaker from a scripted text.

. BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT: $150 The Business Spotlight is a 3-minute commercial about your business delivered before a Chamber membership breakfast of a 100-or-more attendees. You name will appear on each table at the breakfast meeting. You are encouraged to place promotional information (brochures, business cards, etc.) and/or premiums (such as pens, key chains, mugs, etc.) at each place setting at the breakfast tables.

Breakfast fee is not included and a 50% deposit is required to confirm this promotional opportunity. “WAKE-UP COFFEE” SPONSOR: $100 The “Wake-Up Coffee” Sponsor is an opportunity for you to spotlight your business with that first cup of morning coffee. You will receive a sign on the draped coffee table and you many display an individual rack with promotional pieces and/or your business cards on the table. The coffee table will be set up by 7 a.m. and, to get the most benefits, you may wish to have someone serving the coffee and greeting attendees by 7:15 a.m.

BUSINESS SHOWCASE: $50.00 The Business Showcase is an opportunity for members to exhibit their business at a Chamber membership breakfast. This opportunity is limited to 2-4 non-competing member businesses at an event . A 6-foot draped table and a sign with your business name will be provided. Displays can consist of informational data about your business and premiums to give away Tables are to be set-up by 7:00 a.m. and staffed until the breakfast begins and immediately following the program. Sponsoring a door prize will give you additional promotional exposure.

For All Of The Above Your company name will appear in the breakfast invitation that is mailed to over 600 businesses and organizations, your business name will appear on the Chamber web site, and you will be verbally recognized from the podium during the program. Your name will also be mentioned in the Chamber Focus in the Blackstone Valley section of the Telegram and Gazette which is delivered to more than 33,000 households in the Valley on the first Sunday of each month. Donating a door prize in the name of your business is encouraged to receive additional exposure.

DOOR PRIZES: Sponsor a door prize for Business After Hours, the Golf Tournament, Valley Home & Business Expo, and/or special breakfast meetings and events All door prizes must be confirmed before the event and will not be accepted the day of the event except from the sponsors of that specific event. ANNUAL MEETING SPONSORSHIPS $500 Major Sponsor includes: company name and logo on invitation mailed to Chamber membership, signage on each table at meeting, poster signage at registration desk, and acknowledgement in the Chamber Focus newsletter and on the web site.

$250 Hosting Sponsor includes: company name on invitation mailed to Chamber membership, signage on hors d’oeuvres table at event, poster signage at registration desk, and acknowledgment in Chamber Focus newsletter.

$125 Contributing Sponsor includes company name on invitation mailed to Chamber membership, poster signage at registration desk, and acknowledgement in Chamber Focus newsletter. BUSINESS AFTER HOURS (BAH) This is an opportunity for you to sponsor or co-sponsor an after hours networking program at your place of business, a restaurant, a Valley tourist destination, or other location. Approximate cost is $800 - $1,200. Your company name will appear on the invitation mailed to the membership and displayed prominently at the event and on our website. GOLF TOURNAMENT In Cooperation with the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation $2,500 Tournament Sponsor includes 4 guaranteed player spots, company logo/name on front of brochure – company name on all advertising and media – company name & logo on large tournament banner – acknowledgement at dinner & in program and a 3-minute commercial at dinner.

$1,600 Major Sponsor includes 4 guaranteed player spots – company name on inside program cover – tee sign – company name on all advertising and media – acknowledgement at dinner and in program.

$1,200 Lunch or Dinner Sponsor includes 2 guaranteed player spots – company name on all advertising – sponsor sign during tournament – acknowledgement at lunch or dinner and in program.

$600 Partnership Sponsor includes 2 guaranteed player spots – tee sign – acknowledgement in program.

$600 Golf Cart Sponsor includes sign on side of beverage cart during tournament – acknowledgement in program.

$200 Tee Sponsor includes tee sign at one of our holes/tees and acknowledgement in program.
