Developed “plan of action” with all necessary staff to fill the new vacancy. Offers suggestions on current industry trends (salary range, unemployment rate, supply vs. demand on specific skill set and local competition).  Managed relationships with Fannie Mae’s approved “Venders List” Agencies to limit repetitive candidates and to limit under-qualified submittals.  Solely responsible for weekly “Hot Candidate List” which went directly to the Controller and all Hiring Managers in the Controllers Group.
