SUBJECT: Letter of Intent to Run for the Board of Directors, High Lonesome Ranch.

This letter is to formally announce my intention to run for a position on the Board of Directors, High Lonesome Ranch. My qualifications are, as follows:

I am a retired U.S. Army Military Intelligence Colonel with over 37 years of military experience. My last assignment, prior to retiring in 2004, was Chief of Staff, U.S. Army Intelligence Center (USAIC) and Fort Huachuca (’00-’04). My military experience includes: Battalion Commander, Brigade Commander, Senior Intelligence Officer (G-2), 1st Infantry Division, and Inspector General, USAIC & Fort Huachuca. During the Cold War, I served in a variety of intelligence positions in the Federal Republic of Germany that contributed to the “fall” of the Berlin Wall. During Desert Shield/Desert Storm, I participated in combat intelligence operations in support of 3rd Armored Division. As a Brigade Commander, my unit supported operations in Bosnia and Kosovo as well as other contingency operations. Upon retiring, I worked for a major Corporation (Battelle) as a Defense Contractor for the Battle Command Battle Laboratory, USAIC. I left this full-time position to spend more time enjoying the Ranch. I am still retained as a Consultant working projects in support of the Global War on Terrorism. I am a graduate of the U.S. Army War College and the British Higher Command and Staff College (UK) and hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Management and a Master of Science Degree in Management.

I believe that my military and corporative experience qualifies me to represent the Property Owners in a fair, unbiased and value-based manner. My experience, training, and personal code of conduct will hold me to the highest level of legal, moral and ethical standards in the execution of my duties and responsibilities.

Respectfully,

Susan A. Browning
