Dr. Ray Jorgensen, a pioneer in the field of conversational leadership, will be the presenter.

Drawing on almost 30 years of experience of advising executives and teams in the government, private and non-profit sectors, Dr. Ray Jorgensen guides leaders in growing their personal success as well as the success of their teams and, ultimately, their organizations.

For over twenty years as a high school principal, ROTC Advisor, coach and leader in the community, Ray strived to develop the capacity of his students so they could achieve their goals and become highly successful young adults. Ray’s ability to connect with this population and develop relationships that result in quality leaders was evident by the high school environment created during his tenure, his ROTC high performing unit, as well as the feedback he has received from many of his former students.
