THE IRMO TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2017 AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 7300 WOODROW STREET, TO RECEIVE COMMENTS CONCERNING THE FOLLOWING:

1. ORDINANCE 16-25 TO AMEND THE IRMO TOWN CODE, CHAPTER 14: ENVIRONMENT; ARTICLE II - NUISANCES; SECTION 14-37 – DILAPIDATED STRUCTURES.

2. ORDINANCE 17-01 TO AMEND THE IRMO ZONING ORDINANCE, ARTICLE II - SECTION 2-2 – USE OF TABLES AND TABLE I (ALLOW FOOD TRUCKS TO OPERATE IN TOWN)
