If you show up very early, free parking is located behind MEPS on the corner of Rusk and Caroline. When on San Jacinto headed towards MEPS turn right onto Rusk (the street right before MEPS). You will go to the next street, which is Caroline. Go thru Caroline and turn into the first parking lot on the left hand side. There are spaces labeled “NAVY,” park in one of those spaces. You can then walk to the front of the MEPS building to enter and then take the elevator to the third floor to start processing.

If no spaces are available, you will have to pay for parking at the various parking garages available downtown. Prices can range from $10-$15 a day. Make sure to arrange a location to park before heading to MEPS so you have plenty of time to walk to the MEPS building.
