Top with salsa. -Mix together peanut butter and cornflakes in a bowl. Shape into balls and roll in crushed graham crackers. -Mini Pizza: Toast an English muffin, drizzle with pizza sauce and sprinkle with low-fat mozzarella cheese.

Together with the class create all of these healthy snacks. Then go to the food pyramid and as a class find the categories that the snacks fall in. After you create and eat these snacks talk as a class about how even though these snacks are healthy they are also yummy. Talk with your class about how if you eat healthy snacks you will become strong and healthy. (optional) Have the students each create one healthy snack recipe, by using their own experience, computer, or magazine, and then put all the recipes together to create a cookbook.
