Rules
If you are out you go to the end of the line no matter what square you are in. The person at the end of the line is the umpire. If the umpire is unsure they can call a vote of the people who are lining up (not the players). The Ace serves (There are no faults). The Ace can serve to any player. The Ace should only serve when all players are ready. You can only use your hand to hit the ball. Each player moves up to the next square when someone is out. If there is interference (eg someone walking through the court) replay the point. If the ball lands on the borderline this counts on in If the ball lands on the internal lines continue playing or replay the point. Only one person per square. You can not let anyone in front of you or behind you when you are lining up. Handball can only be played in the marked courts. Play fairly and be a good sport. Made up rules can’t be used only the school rules for handball.
You are out if: The ball bounces twice in your court before or after you hit the ball. You hit the ball into another court on the full. You hit the ball twice (double hit) before another person hits it. If you hit the ball and it goes out of court. The ball hits any part of your body besides your hand. You roll the ball. You grab the ball. It you hit the roof with the ball.
4 Player Handball If you get out you go to last square and all other players move up one square. This rule only applies if there are just four players. You are out if you go into another player’s square.
