I am physically fit to go to sea in possibly changing conditions (see medical form) b. I understand the possible dangers and I take part at my own risk c. Neither owners/skippers, crew or EAST accept any liability for loss, damage or injury d. The skipper maintains the right to alter the itinerary at any time e. Should the flotilla become weather-bound, away from the home port, possibly across the channel, and the yacht is not able to return to base, I am expected to cover my own return expenses (e.g. ferry, rail fares, and accommodation).
