I’m confident that attending the 22nd Annual SHRM-Atlanta Human Resources Conference, themed “Working for a Better Atlanta,” on March 13 and 14 at the Cobb Galleria Centre will benefit me and how I perform my job within the company. This conference will enable me to attend a number of presentations that are directly applicable to my work on and allow me to network with a number of human resources experts. The presentations will give me information on enhancing our talent acquisition reach using technology, increasing the return on investment in our employees, minimizing legal exposure and developing my own leadership skills and business acumen. I’ll also be able to interact with a large community of human resources peers to hear what’s working well in their organizations, and with vendors who serve the HR community and can provide information on new money- and time-saving tools.

Because my attendance at this conference will enable me to function more efficiently in my position, I am seeking sponsorship for the registration fee .
