Vice President Spencer Ivey  Getting the school of the year bid ready with Taylor  Supperlatives prepared for tonight  Went to NACURH meeting with Matt  Went to traditional events Executive Secretary Jessica Porter  Helped out with laser tag on Friday  Been photographing the tradtional events  Gathering material for the newsletter  OCLQ the only one to submit info for the newsletter Executive Treasurer Candice Zhou  Absent Internal Affairs Karen Cheng  Banquet will be next Tuesday, RSVP via the e-vite  Laser tag went well  Planning final study break event  Attending the Spring RHA Week events External Affairs Jessica Feely  Compiling material for transitioning  Finalizing stuff with vendors  Organizing fridge move out for old and new exec o May 6 from 10:30-end of the day  Finalized marketing strategy for business class for move in market place National Communications Coordinator Matt Renn  Met with the NACURH delegation  Booking flights Chief Enhancements Officer Richard Sung  Small enhancements deadlines are April 20  Reimbursements need to be submited by April 21  CMs will be receiving and email soon about vaccums  Spoke with Jacob and tansitioned him into the position  More events this week, so if you have them email him about large enhancements Director of Special Projects Tate Shanahan  Met with Sean for tansitioning this week President Taylor Bates  Spring RHA Week events are going really well  One on one with Krista today  Moving forward with ice machine for Hinton James  Working on things for next year’s budget  Finished up one on ones with governors Board of Governors Carmichael Keerthi Nandipati  Naomi is here again  Down to Fiesta was a success o The mechanical bull was great  Other traditional events are going well Cobb Katelyn Merendino  Having weekly study breaks  Cobbwarts went really well with activities and food Connor Matt Renn  Book Cadance and Walkons  Waiting to hear from Psalm 100  Gave out t-shirts for the event Craige Travis Broadhurst  You’re Hot and You’re Cold last night  Spring Fling this Saturday Ehringhaus Roshni Verma  Beach Blast went really well  Brought everyone stickers  Sweet Sunday event this week  At CoGo meeting tomorrow, they will be scrapbooking to bring everything to a close  Will be doing study breaks during finals Granville Lucas McCallen  Wrapping everything up with a Pancake Night this Wednesday  Contracts approved for vendors for LDOC program Friday Hinton James Hiren Gihwala  Absent Kenan Yunah Park  Weekly event with smoothies and t-shirts this week  Sceen on the Green this Friday o Pizza, popcorn, Ben & Jerry’s, Guardians of the Galaxy Manning East Neil Harwani  Midnight Masquerade went well 350-400 people  Extra sodas leftover for other events  Working on t-shirt distribution  SkyZone with CoGo  Setting up TV locations  Potentially another hall spirit item Manning West Tyler Sharp  Absent Morrison Usman Rahim  Absent Odum Village Sean Henderson  Figuring out rain details for Spring Fling  Great coordination between CoGos and RAs  Food comfirmation is looking great  Half of the organizations are set up for tables  T-shirts have been made  Waterbottles will be delivered soon  Odum end of the year grillout will be tomorrow OCLQ Anna Henderson  Moved Olde Dirty Bash to Thursday OCUQ Malgorzata Leszczuk  OCUQ BBQ went well  No food was left over!  Had CoGo meeting yesterday  Friday they are having a luncheon for custodial staff and others Parker Susan Gleaves  James Polluck Day went well  Parker t-shirts still left over  Study break the Sunday after LDOC  Super Smash Brawl next quesodilla night  Oreo-gami this week  CoGo retreat next Monday with Tar Heel Takeout Ram Village Treyaun Fulton  Test, stress, anxiety program today  Tank tops finally came in yesterday  Give away this Friday at 5 p.m. in the Ram Four lobby NRHH . Conference Chair: Shreya . Absent Advisor Report:  Krista Prince:  Went to many of the traditional events this weekend, and they are all going well  Ordered Tar Heel piggy banks for the CDs  CD cards have been signed and will be delivered soon  CD evaluations need to be completed soon  DHRE offers a leadership course Committees and External Appointments  Dining Board: o Chick-fil-a Deal this week for a free chicken biscuit  Recognition: None  Planning: None  Safety: None  Ethics: None  Public Service: o DHRE events at the end of the year New Business  Banquet Reminders, Taylor Bates o Ability to recognize CoGo members with printed forms o Reminder of 30 second speeches for each governor  Supperlatives, Taylor Bates o Each person was able to receive one supperlative this year  2015-16 Agenda, Taylor Bates o Governor election reforms . Specifically changes to election guidelines, run-off voting, and promotional events o Engaging non-executive community government members o Live inventory project for enhancements o Continuing Silent Disco for next year o Marketing campaign for Food in My Hall o Budget changes to add more money to programming, the DSP position, fall and spring training, and merchandise . Linens and carpets vendor gave more income . Occupancy fee has increased  Odum Village moves to approve the proposed budget, Granville Towers seconded  Reflection Circle, Taylor Bates and Spencer Ivey o Team builder and decompression for the year Recognition  Hiren gives the crown to everyone! Announcements  Ethics board is meeting after this meeting  Group picture after this meeting  Yunah needs a blender  Richard thanks whoever tapped his shoulder  Send Taylor pictures of CoGo  Dodgeball team will be playing at 9:30 p.m. in Woolen  Extended the due date of the award nominations to midnight tonight  Student government liaison with RHA  Send Jessica the photos as well  Colin R. Scott Award will be sent out  Usman says goodbye to everyone  Matt gives a shoutout to everyone who had traditional events – please come to Connostock this weekend! Adjournment Motion to adjourn from Manning East and second from Manning West. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 PM.
