I will provide students with a theme and ask them to complete a story map to plan a story that goes with that theme. Grouping and Student Relationships (2a) Students will work in whole groups, with partners and individually. Desk this week will be in groups of 2, 4, and 5. Students will continue to draw a number at the door to see what seat they will have, while I always reserve the right to make any adjustments that may be necessary. Depending on how well groups work on Monday, I may choose to keep students in same seats for entire week or have the draw each day.

Individual Learning Goals (2b) Students will build on their previous knowledge of Subjects and Predicates with task that will use higher level thinking skills. They will be asked to create and synthesizes rather than just straight knowledge level questions. They will have to work on time management as well as working together as a group.
