Rationale: Discussion has been ongoing with the Custodial Association to negotiate their Master Agreement for 2008 – 2010. This group includes 24 staff in each of the District buildings. The agreement reflects total settlement of 5.41% for 2008-2009 and 4.05% for 2009-2010 and is within budgeted guidelines.
