PERSONAL PROFILE:

 Extensive knowledge in welding process. Non-destructive testing, metallurgy and quality work with in process inspection of fit up and welding in accordance with IWS standards.  Knowledge in NDT tools handling.  Knowledge in RT, UT, PT, MT & VT non-destructive testing methods in the petrochemical industry.  Set up ISO metric drawing of piping, pressure vessels, structure & fuel tanks.  12 years experience in production and supervision structural construction & erection in accordance with ISO,API, ASME, and AWS standard.  Strong experience in SMAW, GTAW, SAW welding process, gas cutting (Manually & automatic) & Welding.  Handsome experience in heavy fabrication and welding, gouging (air arc) and earth moving equipments.  Job worked recently in storage tanks, oxide bins, heat exchangers as per given standards and codes.  Supervision in welding jobs like silo, pressure pipe line, pressure vessel ,sulphur flour in tanks fabrication ,welding and erection.

Work Experience & Job responsibilities

 Read blueprints. (Structural steel and pipe)  Custom fabrication of parts and equipment.  Work with pipe and plate.  Use all shop equipment and tools.  Weld with GMAW, FCAW and SMAW processes.  Welded a variety of aluminum, steel, stainless projects including MIG and TIG welding.  Interpreted various types of manufacturing drawings for components, weldments and assemblies  Fabricated components by using equipment to clean, drill, cut, grind and weld pieces; setting-up and measuring parts to be welded together.

2> Khalil Bahaman Trading & Contracting EST, KUWAIT, AHMADI
