Diane Smith, Director of Teaching & Learning Initiative – Business Education Compact presented information on Proficiency and ask the YAT team for recommendations on transforming Oregon’s K-12 education system through proficiency-based teaching and learning. She also asked for their recommendations on calculating grades.
