Holiday

After 2 years, the entitlement increases to 24 days. After 3 years, the entitlement increases to 25 days. After 4 years the entitlement increases to 26 days. After 5 years the entitlement increases to 27 days.

All holidays will be pro rata for sessional or part-time staff.

Training

Harrow Mencap provides all related statutory training, including opportunity to obtain qualifications.

Pension

Harrow Mencap complies with the Government regulations of enrolling all eligible employees on the auto enrolment pension scheme.

Death in Service

In case of a death of a staff, whilst in active service, Harrow Mencap, will make a payment compensation of three times the annual salary, of the deceased staff, to their nominated next of kin.
