[1415] 2 1 Whereas, with over one hundred members, the Women’s 2 Leadership Council offers a truly diverse association in a 3 noncompetitive atmosphere for sharing ideas that can empower 4 business women for success; and 5 6 Whereas, in recognition of the work of Claire Kuhl with the 7 Women’s Leadership Council, the Small Business Administration 8 named her a recipient of the 2010 Women in Business Champions 9 award; and 10 11 Whereas, members of the South Carolina Senate are grateful for 12 the contributions of Claire Kuhl to the business women of 13 Greenwood County and for the pride and recognition she has 14 brought to her community and State. Now, therefore, 15 16 Be it resolved by the Senate: 17 18 That the members of the South Carolina Senate, by this resolution, 19 honor and recognize Claire Kuhl, and commend her for being 20 selected for the 2010 Small Business Administration’s Women in 21 Business Champions. 22 23 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be provided to 24 Claire Kuhl. 25 XX 26
