#110x eDIN System Wall-Mount Cabinet Specifications Version 2.0 July 2013

SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

1.0 General 1.1 The eDIN System Wall-Mount Cabinet shall be a NEMA 1 sheet metal enclosure providing mounting facilities for a power supply and one or more Pathway eDIN modules and/or other DIN- rail mountable devices.

2.0 Physical 2.1 The eDIN Cabinet shall be constructed of 18 gauge steel with a formed aluminum cover, finished in textured black powder epoxy, and be clearly labeled “Pathway eDIN System.” 2.2 The cabinet shall be designed for surface mounting. 2.3 Dimensions of the (small) cabinet shall be 10.25”w x 13.25”h x 4.5”d (260mm x 335mm x 120mm). 2.4 Dimensions of the (large) cabinet shall be 10.25”w x 23.25”h x 4.5”d (260mm x 510mm x 120mm). 2.5 The cabinet shall be furnished with one or more sections of 35mm DIN rail for device mounting. 2.6 The cabinet shall be furnished with an adequate number of ½” and ¾”conduit knockouts.

3.0 Electrical 3.1 Provide a power supply of adequate capacity for the maximum number of modules the cabinet can accommodate. 3.2 The power supply shall be 24 VDC, Class 2, field-replaceable, wide-range input (115/240VAC, 50/60 Hz), UL-listed switching-type supply. 3.2 There shall be 2500-volt electrical isolation between input and output sections of the supply. 3.3 The power supply connections shall be capable of accepting up to #12 gauge solid or stranded wire. 3.5 The power supply shall be Pathway model #1001-30 or equivalent. 3.4 The cabinet shall be furnished with internal high-voltage barriers as required. 3.5 A suitable terminal shall be provided for ground wire connection.

4.0 Compliance 4.1 The eDIN Cabinet shall meet the requirements of NEMA standards for Type 1 Enclosures. 4.2 The eDIN Cabinet shall be ETL-listed. 4.3 The eDIN Cabinet shall be compliant with the EU RoHS 2002/95/EC directive.

5.0 Acceptable Product 5.1 The small eDIN Cabinet(s) shall be Pathway eDIN model #1105. 5.2 The large eDIN Cabinet(s) shall be Pathway eDIN model #1106. 5.3 The large eDIN Cabinet(s) with expanded DIN rail mounting shall be Pathway eDIN model #1107.
