DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VAT,VAT+CST AND APPT REGISTRATION:-

1. AP VAT APPLICATION FORM 100.

2. VAT APPLICATION FORM 100 A (ADDITIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS)

3. VAT APPLICATION FORM 100 B (ADDITIONAL PARTNERS/DIRECTORS)

4. VAT APPLICATION FORM 104 (START UP BUSINESS)

5. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS EACH OF PROPRIETOR/PARTNERS/DIRECTORS.

6. COPIES OF AADHAR CARDS.

7. COPIES OF PAN CARDS.

8. COPY OF BANK ACCOUNT OF PROPRIETOR/ PARTNERSHIP FIRM/COMPANY.

9. IN CASE OF OWN BUSINESS PLACE OCCUPANCY, COPY OF SELF

DECLARATION HAS TO BE ENCLOSED.

10. IN CASE OF RENTED/LEASED FIRM, RENT AGREEMENT AND LEASED

AGREEMENT SELF ATTESTED COPY HAS TO BE ENCLOSED RESPECTIVELY.

11. IN CASE OF PARTNERSHIP FIRM, PARTNER SHIP DEED HAS TO BE

ENCLOSED.

12. IN CASE OF PVT/ LIMITED COMPANY COPY OF REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

(MOA) ISSUED BY COMPANIES REGISTRAR HAS TO BE ENCLOSED.

13. CST Registration Application FORM ‘A’.

14. FORM ‘I ‘ for Firm/Industry and FORM ‘ II’ for Employees.

NOTE:- All the Xerox copies shall be self attested only. All the above enclosures are required for VAT, CST AND APPT Registrations. Exclusive CST registration cannot be issued after getting VAT Registration only CST Registration can be issued.
