Applications deadline for September 2016 entry into Caterton Community College Sixth Form is 29th January 2016 (12pm) Printed application forms are available from reception or a member of the Sixth Form team Complete in BLACK or BLUE pen and return to the school in an envelope marked with your name on and ‘Carterton Community College Sixth Form Application.’ Alternatively download a Word or PDF version of this application form. Your choice of Sixth Form subjects Choose subjects you are interested in (remember you’re going to be studying them for the next two years). Use your estimated GCSEs and other Level 2 grades to decide whether you would be suited to studying these subjects.

Applicants need to choose 3 to 4 subjects from different option blocks. You will have an opportunity to discuss these choices at a later date. Please consider your choices carefully. Do some research into the courses at the Sixth Form open evening, ask the advice of subject teachers and house tutors and discuss with your parents/carers. Level 2 Retakes

Students who fail to achieve a grade C or better in English and/or Maths can still be admitted to

Carterton Sixth Form, but will be required to retake these course(s) alongside their A-Levels and

Level 3 BTECs in year 12.
