 Providing vocational consulting, vocational training and guidance on the labor market of the young people and women living in the rural area;  Developing trans-national contacts and collaboration with all the partners involved in the project (training centers, universities, school inspectorates, Specific schools); objectives  Improvement of skills and competencies particularly of the young people involved in initial vocational training;  Training of the unemployed rural young people and women as teachers of Biology and Agricultural Sciences for rural and vocational schools.

Target The project is destined to young people from the rural Short group areas that have particular social and economic features. presentati on of the The project is aimed at establishing a low cost distance- project learning system as a means to provide equal opportunities to the unemployed and uninstructed young people and women who live in the rural area and are disadvantaged both with respect to training and on the labor market. According to the official statistical data, there are 380,000 unemployed young women in the Romanian rural area. General They belong to the main target group, as well as the presentati unqualified young labor force on the whole. The secondary on of the target group consists of high-school students and generally project women living in the rural area. The main objectives of the project are to provide vocational consulting, vocational training and guidance on the labor market of the young people and women living in the rural area. At the same time, it is aimed at developing trans-national contacts and collaboration with all the partners involved in the project (training centers, universities, school inspectorates, schools).
