Portsmouth Area CSSC were again runners up in the prestigious Russell Scott Trophy at the CSSC AGM this year. Hotly contested by areas from all over the UK to get to the final 3 places is a worthy achievement. Coming second to Yeovil and co-runners up with Exeter we again proved how fantastic our events and offers are. Why not tell your friends and get them to join. Portsmouth CSSC - Day Trip to Cite Europe and Calais via The Tunnel. Following the success of last year’s CSSC trip a further excursion to Cite Europe and Calais has been arranged for Saturday 14th November 2015 Price - £20 for PORTSMOUTH CSSC members, £20 for their 1st guest and £28 for additional guests. The trip involves an early pick up, starting at 6am from The Hard, with additional pick-ups from Fratton Bridge, North End and Lynx House in Cosham. Arriving back in Portsmouth at approx. 10pm. Members - £9.00 Children (5-15) £12.00 All others £13.00 - max 6 in total per member. We are offering tickets for Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November only. Please enclose a note stating how many and which tickets you would like and for which day. A contact email address in case of a query would also be useful. It’s behind you…… Yes – Portsmouth Area CSSC have again secured tickets for Cinderella at The Kings Theatre, Southsea. Saturday 12 December @ 3pm Tickets - £10.00 each - max 6 per member. Paultons Park Paultons Park tickets are now available to Portsmouth Area CSSC members. £18.00 each MAX 6 per member for the season (tickets are valid until 2 November 2015). Please send Cheque (made payable to PCSSA) and SAE (suggest large letter stamp) with CSSC membership No. on back of cheque to Judith Hammond, 7 Malvern Mews, Emsworth Hants PO10 7SR with note stating it is for Paultons Park tickets. Why not purchase yours now so you can go when you choose? Please note Paultons Park bases its’ ticket price on height not age. Under 1m in height is free. Over 1m in height you pay – regardless of age. Everyone pays the same price. National Trust Portsmouth Area members can claim up to £25.00 against the price of their own National Trust Annual Subscription. One claim of £25 per member per calendar year. No retrospective claims for earlier years accepted. Alternatively, Portsmouth Area members can claim back some of their own individual entry fee into National Trust/National Trust for Scotland properties. The maximum number of claims per member in any one calendar year is five and the maximum amount of individual claim is £5.50 per visit. English Heritage Don’t forget – All CSSC members can now visit English Heritage sites using their CSSC card. Member and one adult and up to six (yes 6) children can gain free entry to any English Heritage site just by showing their card on entry.
