Venue: Narrogin Race Course Oval, Clayton Rd, Narrogin CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. STALLION HANDLERS MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS, HAVE TOTAL CONTROL AT ALL TIMES AND ABIDE BY THE EA ‘STALLION SAFE PRACTICE GUIDELINES’.

2. ALL HORSES AND PONIES MUST HAVE CURRENT REGISTRATION PAPERS AND SEND COPY IN WITH THEIR ENTRY FORMS EXCEPT UNREGISTERED HORSES AND PONY CLASSES.

3. IF AN EXHIBIT/ EXHIBITOR IS DUAL REGISTERED MAY COMPETE IN ALL ELIGIBLE EVENTS. IF CLASSES COINCIDE YOU MUST CHOOSE WHICH CLASS TO ENTER, AS CLASSES WILL NOT BE HELD UP AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

4. THE NARROGIN AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE AND THE NARROGIN AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY DOES NOT EXCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, ILLNESS, OR INJURY TO HORSES OWNERS SPECTATORS, ENTRY TO THE GROUND IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN WITH A VETERINARY OR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE PROVIDED LESS $10 ADMINISTRATION FEE.

6. THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE PROGRAM ON THE DAY
