Schedule I Individual Associate $60.00 Any person who desires to support the activities of the Chamber and/or who wants to become involved in Chamber affairs.

Schedule II Not For Profit Organizations Formula Base $100.00 0-3 Employees** $100.00 4-6 Employees** $150.00 7.20 $250.00 Over 20 $500.00

Schedule III Professionals Base $150.00 Max $1,500.00 Doctors, Dentists, Attorneys, Engineers, Accountants and Consultants requiring a license to practice. Base includes the organization and one Professional. Add $50.00 for each additional Associate.

Schedule IV Financial Institutions Formula Max $1,500.00 $12.00 per million of local deposits. Minimum $750.00

Schedule V Utilities $750.00

Schedule VI All Other Businesses Formula Max $1,500.00 1-3 Employees** $125.00 4.6 $175.00 7.10 $200.00 11.15 $275.00 16.20 $325.00 Over 20 employees: $325 plus $3 x # employees over 20.
