PRICES FOR HOTEL

The participants, the companions and the guests of the IMC “HEIRS OF ORPHEUS” are accommodated only in the special for the Competition agreement hotels with Administration of Albena Resort. NB: HOTEL RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT OF THE HOTEL (ONLY CASH!) ARE MADE ONLY BY THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE OF THE IMC “HEIRS OF ORPHEUS”! The travel expenses and the accommodation are the expense of the participants. The booking (indicating the hotel, person/persons, dates of arrival and departure, single or double room) must be made to August 15.2018 by e-mail: [email protected] (or: [email protected]) – to Mr. Bogomil Bonev. For groups: The leaders should indicate chosen hotel and type meal (BB - bed and breakfast, HB - half board, FB - full board) and send the names list with the allocation to single and double rooms (with birth dates and № of passports or ID cards). Discounts: - For groups over 20 people receive a discount - 1 free in double room! - Children from 0 to 2 years old stay free of charge! - Child from 2 up to 12 years in a room with 1 adult pay 30% of the price. Adult paid for single occupancy. - A second child under 12 years accommodated in this room pays 20% of the price. - Only in some of the rooms can accommodate two adults and two children.

2 In some hotels they have bunk beds for children. Then the discount for 1 and 2 child is calculated from the price of accommodation for adults in a double room.

- The age of the children is considered the date of arrival in Albena! - Children over 12 years old do not discount and pay as adults!

For the period September 2 - 15 it is possible that some of these rooms are occupied. To save now have to book them in ORGANIZING COMMITTEE to July 15, 2018 with 50% advance payment on account referred to opening participation fees, together with the submission for the competition.

If requested but no show participant and canceled reservation after submission of the final rooming list (20 August 2018) will be charged a penalty equal to 1 night of the respective board. ALL PAYMENTS THE HOTELS TO BECOME IN ORGANIZING COMMITTEE (CASH ONLY!) DAILY UPON ARRIVAL AND WILL THEN BE ACCOMMODATED IN THE HOTELS. Check in - after 2.00 p.m. Check out - till 12.00 a.m. on the day of departure. TRANSFER PRICES (ONLY FOR GROUPS!) The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE offers transfer for groups: - from Varna Airport to Albena Resort; - from Albena Resort to Varna Airport. TRANSFER PRICES: - EURO 12 per person with a minimum of 20 people in the bus. - EURO 14 per person with a maximum of 12 at minimum of 8 people in a van. It is necessary in advance to send the following information: 1. A list of the persons; 2. A schedule (№ flight, time of arrival; № flight, time of departure).
