14. Security Deposit

Security of 10 (Ten) % of the total order value to be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee within 14 days of LOI. Penalty of 0.5% of the System cost beyond the maximum permitted down time will be deducted from this SD. This SD will only be released after the completion of warranty period, if the vendor/ contractor submits the satisfactory after sale service certificate from the end customer. If the bidder fails to meet the delivery schedule, WBEIDC reserves the right to forfeit its PBG deposited as security deposit. Overall LD + penalty will not exceed 10% of the contract value i.e. 10% security deposit.

The quoted server should be equipped with processor of latest generation for the model. 3. RAM must have advanced memory error protection technology. 4. Redundant power supply and cooling fan for each rack mounted servers. 5. Each server should be capable of configured with high availability and have failover Server/partition through clustering solution. 6. Server management: Dedicated Baseboard Management Controller for system management functionality on every Server. 7. Server should be capable to communicate with existing CMU applications installed in the ULBs, running on RHEL AS4 update 4. 8. All servers should be capable of generating pre failure Alert relating to CPU, Memory, HDD, Power Supplies, etc The Pre-failure alert message should be used for preemptive replacement for alerted components to maintain the high uptime. 9.
