REG . INAGURATION OF PARBHAT HOUSE AT HARIDWAR
With great pleasure we inform you all that newly Constructed ‘PARBHAT HOUSE’ by State Bank of Patiala Emp. Union Delhi State and All India State Bank of Patiala Emp. Fed. was inaugurated on 15th February, 2010 at Haridwar by Com.P.L.Syal, Veteran leader of Bank Employees Movement and former Vice President of AIBEA. On this occasion Com.N.K.Gaur Vice President of AIBEA and General Secretary AISBOPEF. Com. Davinder Singh President AISBOPEF, Com. S.K.Gautam, Secretary, AISBOPEF, Office Bearers of AISBOPEF, Former Office Bearers of AISBOPEF, Office Bearers of State Bank of Patiala Emp. Union, Delhi State, Uttranchal State, Haryana State including many other prominent leaders and residents of the area were also present.
This beautiful building Includes Eight Spacious Bed Rooms With All Modern Facilities Including AC, LCD, Inter-Com Etc. Two Lobbies, One Reception Room, Dinning Hall, Kitchen, Store, Servant Room, Drivers Room Including Indoor Parking Space For 6-7 Cars. This monument is dedicated as a tribute to our Legendary Leader and Architect of AIBEA Com. Parbhat Kar on the occasion of Cenetanary Celebrations of his birthday. This is a 3rd Monument of our organization after Parbhat Parwana Trade Union Centre at Patiala and Tarak Bhawan of our Haryana State at Shogi, Shimla.
Addressing the gathering Com. N.K.Gaur General Secretary AISBOPEF stated that Com. Parbhat Kar’s name itself is synonym of hope for a new morning. He also lauded the sacrifices of Com.Parbhat Kar and called up on to take lessons from their sacrifices. He described this building as a tribute Com.Parbhat Kar.
Com. P.L.Syal , who played his role in AIBEA as a close associate of Com. Parbhat Kar Congratulated State Bank of Patiala Emp. Union Delhi State and All India State Bank of Patiala Emp. Fed. for this beautiful Creation. He also described the days when the leaders like Com. Parbhat Kar were not having such facilities as these days bank employees are enjoying.
Com.Davinder Singh President while congratulating the members on this great achievement described his hopes for nice maintenance of this building. He appreciated all the concerned who have contributed in the construction of this building.
There after Com. P.L. Syal and Mrs. Meera Kar wife of Com. Prabhat Kar and former Office Bearers of the Federation were also honoured, Com. N.K.Gaur Presented cloths to 27 labourers alongwith stiching charges at his own. Com. Jagdish Sharma President SBOPEU Delhi State delivered vote of thanks.
BOOKING & MAINTENANCE OF PARBHAT HOUSE:-
Prior to the function Office Bearers of the federation met on 14th Feb, 2010 and decided that the maintenance of the Parbhat House will be done by All India State Bank of Patiala Emp. Fed. and the booking of rooms will be allowed at Delhi by State Bank of Patiala Emp. Union Delhi State and at Patiala, Central Office Patiala as per phone Numbers as per detail as under :-

Further it was also decided that Rs 150 per day per room will be charged from our members and their families in case employee himself is with the family along with identity Card and Rs.300/- from all others including other persons who are allowed the booking no alcohol and Non-Veg will be allowed to be consumed to maintain sacredness of the place. Charges will be reviewed from time to time. It was also decided that the booking will be allowed to other bank employees also in case of availability. The booking will start from 1st March, 2010.
