The FSC logo, the initials “FSC” and the name “Forest Stewardship Council” are registered trademarks and may only be used by certified businesses. Topac cordially offers you the opportunity to use the FSC trademarks.

Please note that there are three different categories of the FSC logo that may be used. We recommend using materials with the “FSC Mix” message, as these types of paper and cardboard are primarily available commercially. We can also implement products from other categories upon request, with commensurate delivery times and availability. Paper and Board with FSC 100% Statement is usually not available in the market.

The FSC logo with the License Code FSC-C009988, which is placed on the product, must be clearly visible and legible. It must always be positioned on the outside of the packaging. This must be implemented in compliance with FSC specifications and, for legal reasons, may not be modified.

After the logo has been integrated into the final artwork, we ask that you send us a high- resolution PDF file so that we can request approval from the Forest Stewardship Council. A three-day period should be factored in for this.

Please note that all vertical logos must have a width of minimum 17 mm, and horizontal logos must have a height of minimum 12 mm. The logos must not be stretched or distorted; i.e., the proportions are to be maintained. Topac recommends that the logos be designed with a minimum width of 30 mm for the vertical logo or a height of 18 mm for the horizontal logo, in order to ensure good legibility.

The information-free area around the logo should be equal to double the height of the type in the FSC logotype, at minimum. Apart from black Pantone 626 is the only color that may be used, which can also be created with process colors with the following color percentages. Other background colors need separate approval by the FSC. cyan 100% magenta 60% yellow 100% black 20%

The logo may only be used for this order and title. Topac accepts no liability for cases of unauthorized use of the logo.
