Dear Parents and Carers

Year 3 children have been invited to watch the London Symphony Orchestra perform at the Barbican. This is a fantastic opportunity for children to see a world class orchestra play exciting music, and will be relevant to their curriculum music learning in Year 4.

Date: MONDAY 29TH JUNE 2015, leave school at 9.00 am sharp (please ensure your children arrive promptly) and we will return by 1.30 pm. Cost: £4.50. Travel: The children will travel by public transport. Lunch: Please bring a packed lunch and a drink (no chocolate, sweets, glass bottles, fizzy drinks or any products containing nuts) preferably in a disposable bag. Parent We will need parent volunteers to accompany us on this trip. If you are Helpers: to help; please return the slip below to the class teacher as soon as possible.

Please ensure the children come in full school uniform and are appropriately dressed for the weather.

Please make payment online by Friday 19th June, via the school’s website. Please note that in most cases this is non-refundable. If you have difficulty with online payment, please contact the school office. The school DOES NOT accept cash or cheques. This is a voluntary contribution; children who are not able to pay will not be excluded from the trip. However, if insufficient funds are raised; the trip may be cancelled.
