Coral Reef Biology Professor Elizabeth Sherman, Ph. D. 2 Credits June 16-23, 2007

INTENT TO ENROLL

( ) Please reserve a place for me in the Coral Reef Biology Course. I have enclosed a check payable to Bennington College for $1,000.00. I understand that:

1. This deposit is due in full no later than Monday, April 16, 2007.

2. This deposit will be refunded, less a $500 nonrefundable fee, should I decide not to attend this course, up until May 21, 2007. No refunds will be granted after that date.

3. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded should the course be cancelled by the College due to low enrollment or other circumstances.

4. The total cost of this course is $2,600.00 for students who require any dive training and $2,500.00 for students who require no dive training. Elizabeth Sherman will determine whether or not a student requires training. The Business Office will send a bill for the balance due upon receipt of the deposit. The bill will be due in full, along with the signed Bennington College Student Travel Release, no later than Monday, May 14, 2007.

5. Bennington College and Elizabeth Sherman reserve the right to require that a student leave the program if his or her behavior is inappropriate and counterproductive to the goals of the course. In the event of such an occurrence, no refund of any amounts will be granted.

6. The student is expected to make all travel arrangements, at their own cost, so that he or she arrives in Grand Cayman (airport code GCM) on June 16, 2007 and departs on June 23, 2007. Airport transfer will be provided by our host, Cobalt Coast.

Make check payable to Bennington College, and remit along with signed Intent to Enroll form to the attention of the Business Office. Deposit is due no later than Monday, April 16, 2007.
