Please send completed form back with your monthly dues, scan/email to [email protected] or drop off at any board members home. Thank you,

This Fall we had several of the dead tree’s removed from Association Property courtesy of the Town Of Clay. We still have several tree’s that need to be trimmed weather permitting.

This year our snow removal contractor will not be using regular Rock Salt. Instead we will be using an alternative that is more pet and landscape friendly and is significantly less corrosive than traditional salt. Should prefer to not have this used on your property please send a written request via email or when you send in your dues.

Thank you for everyone who has decorated their homes and maintain the exteriors throughout the year. This community looks particularly great during this time of year.

In closing we want to wish you and yours a Happy Holidays!!
