The regulatory hearing date for consideration of Delaware horseshoe crab seasons and annual harvest limit has been changed from October 30 to November 3, 2008. The hearing will begin at 6:30 PM in the DNREC auditorium of the Richardson and Robbins Building at 89 Kings Highway in Dover.
