4 ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1 Place side panels (7) upside down as shown. The round ball entry hole will be closest to the floor. Slide 2 Plastic washers (26) and 1 Rubber bumper (25) over each end of player rods. To ease assembly, push the bushings on the rods up against the men. Align the rods as shown. The handle end of the rod has a hole close to the end of the rod.

Note: You are working upside down. All of the home team must face one direction and the away team the other. All home team handles will go on one side, all the away team on the other. The handle end of the rod has the extra hole close to the end of the rod.

STEP 2 Insert the rods through the rod bushings in one side panel. Once you are sure the player rods are correct, slide the other side panel onto the rods.

5 STEP 3 Place the playfield (9) in between the side panels (7) with graphics facing down. Make sure that the Playfield fit into the groove on the side panels (7). Slide the playfield support rods (15) through the two side panels (7). Secure it with 6 washers for 1/4” bolt (22) and 6 Acorn nut for 1/4” bolt (19). Do not tighten at this time.

STEP 6 IMPORTANT: TWO ADULTS NEEDED IN THIS STEP

Very carefully turn the table over and set on its legs. Be careful! The table is very heavy and the rods will slide. Do not lift the table by holding onto the rods.

7 #24--6pcs STEP 8 Attach the two sets of slide scorers (14) to the top side of end panels (8) using 4 flat head Philips screws (24) for each.

#24--8pcs

9 IMPORTANT

When the table is in the upright position, the goalie rod should always be in your left hand regardless of which side of the table you are standing on.

Make sure the rods are installed correctly before attaching the handles.

If the rods do not slide freely through the bushings, you can apply spray wax (furniture polish) to a cloth and wipe down the rods to make them slide easier.

If spray wax does not help, the table may not be square. Loosen the hardware on the side panels and legs to re-align the table. Tighten hardware when complete.

Should the playfield have a bow in it, you can loosen the playfield support rods to relax the playfield.
