.3 Frequency: 50 to 70 Hertz. .4 Power Factory: 0.50 leading to 0.50 lagging. .5 Kilo-Volt-Amperes: 0 to 30,000. .6 Kilowatts: 0 to 30,000. .7 MWH: 0 to 3,000 repeated.
.9 Mounting: Panel mounted.
.10 Power supply: 100 - 130 volts AC 60 Hz.
2.3 CURRENT AND POTENTIAL TRANSFORMERS
.1 Current Transformers:
.1 Type: metering accuracy class. .2 Ratios: [600:5] [ ] Amperes. .3 Provide shorting bars for current transformer secondary.
SPEC NOTE: Choose instrument transformers and meters to yield 60% meter deflection at full projected demand load.
.2 Potential Transformers:
.1 Type: metering accuracy class. .2 Ratios: [600:120] [360:120] [ ] volts. .3 Mounting: Drawout compartment with HRC fuse on primary side.
SPEC NOTE: Provide test block for main distribution centre metering.
.3 Current Transformer and Potential Transformer Test Blocks: [10] [ ] pole, complete with [7] [ ] current transformer and [3] [ ] potential transformer poles.
.4 Test Plugs: [10] [ ] pin to match current transformer and potential transformer test blocks specified above.
3. Execution
3.1 INSTALLATION
.1 Install meters in meter section of Main Distribution Centre.

.2 Co-ordinate installation of current transformers and potential transformers with installation of instrument transformers for utility metering and protective relaying.
