REGULAR MEETING – APRIL 12, 2016
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Township Committee held in the municipal building on April 12, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dale L. Archer at 7:00 p.m. Roll call vote: Dale L. Archer, present; Stephen V. Bottiglieri, present; James R. Philbin, Jr., present; Richard Schober, present; Robert Tice, present.
Mark B. Shoemaker, Solicitor, was also in attendance.
PROCLAMATION OF THE EAST GREENWICH TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE HONORING LOUIS MARSHALL FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE TOWNSHIP OF EAST GREENWICH
By motion of Mr. Bottiglieri, seconded by Mr. Tice, the above be approved. Mr. Marshall was then presented with the proclamation by Mayor Dale L. Archer and Township Committee. Roll call vote unanimous.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
By motion of Mr. Bottiglieri, seconded by Mr. Philbin, the minutes of the March 7, 2016 and March 22, 2016 minutes be approved as presented. Roll call vote unanimous.

ORDINANCE NO. 6-2016 ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EAST GREENWICH AMENDING WATER TAP CHARGES AND DOMESTIC WASTEWATER CONNECTION CHARGES

RESOLUTION NO. 72-2016 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EAST GREENWICH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP OF EAST GREENWICH AND THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER REGARDING USAGE OF CERTAIN STAGE UNITS

APPROVE PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000.00 TO ECONSULT FOR ONGOING LITIGATION BETWEEN THE CONSORTIUM AND FAIR SHARE HOUSING CENTER AND THE NEW JERSEY BUILDER’S ASSOCIATION

AUTHORIZE LEASE OF EITHER A SMALL OR LARGE STAGE BASED ON AVAILABILITY FROM THE GLOUCESTER COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY PER SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT

ACCEPT RESIGNATION OF MICHAEL SKOWRONSKI FROM THE JOINT ZONING/PLANNING BOARD EFFECTIVE APRIL 12, 2016
By motion of Mr. Philbin, seconded by Mr. Tice, the above be accepted. Roll call vote unanimous.
APPROVE FORTY-EIGHT MONTH LEASE OF RICOH COPIER THROUGH STATE CONTRACT NO. A-40467 FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT OFFICE AT $83.78 PER MONTH
By motion of Mr. Bottiglieri, seconded by Mr. Schober, the above be approved subject to review by our Solicitor. Roll call vote unanimous.
