Project: Terrorist attack (bomb blast) in a Baltimore railroad tunnel

 Had major technological incident (fire) in a tunnel in 2001  Lack of security on Amtrak and freight lines  Consider economic impact to the East Coast corridor  Consider the event would happen during leak traffic or major event in Baltimore like a presidential visit or a World Series game  Probability might be very low but the consequences are high  Mitigation projects to consider might address emergency services, evacuation, infrastructure protection, tunnel hardening, bomb detection devices, electronic surveillance
