2006 March to June Leornardo da Vinci Program Montpellier, France  The program is aimed at improving young people’s work mobility within Europe.  Completed a French language course.  Worked as an assistant primary school teacher in Montpellier  Taught English to a few classes each week – prepared teaching materials and planned the lessons according to the age group.

2007- 2009 Account Manager Big Picture Interactive, UK  Developed and built client and internal relationships, receiving, assessing and handling information from colleagues, suppliers and clients; attended meetings, recorded and reported back on all agreements and further action points  Managed procedures and processes to maintain or improve account effectiveness and quality control including but not exclusively, clear decision-making, delegation, risk and change management and escalation.  Researched new technologies and developments within the digital marketing sector Achievements  Managing the creative team, SEO team and developers ensuring the work was of high quality, on brief and delivered in accordance with client agreement.  Turned around a digital PR campaign for Anglo American in aid of Worlds Aids day within a very tight deadline. I came up with the strap line and hook to gain momentum and interest for the campaign and drive internal staff to the microsite.  Managed all digital marketing strategies for Earls Court Olympia from Nov 2007 – Jan 2009. There has been a 65.5% increase in website traffic as a result of PPC & SEO campaigns and an increase in conference sales. Developed and maintained a very strong relationship with the digital marketing manager to ensure continued success and work with the agency.

Maintained good relations and communication with technical staff, hotel staff and off site staff. The event was a success and attendees gave positive feedback in regards to my conduct, organisation and friendly manner. This resulted in the continued work for RS Live with the Department of Health and the World health Organization in managing all future events in London

PERSONAL INTERESTS Personal interests include radio presenting, travelling, snowboarding and writing. Personal achievements include co-hosting a live radio show on current affairs whilst at University and tutoring A level Psychology during the summer months.
