Knowledge on field instrument like type of control valves (oil, water , process air, CBM ), Solenoid Valves, Butterfly valves, servicing & calibration of I/P, Transmitters, Pressure switch, flow meters, temperature sensor. Loop checking of any instrument from field to DCS software. 2. Maintenance of bag filter pulsing valves. 3. PM & servicing Ware House packing m/c. 4. Project temperature auto cut off system of all Were House packing m/c. 5. Installation of auto drain valves of all compressed air vessels, to reduced moisture at compressed air. 6. Monitoring the total process parameters. 7. Knowledge on DCS FOXBORO IA series.
