INSTRUCTIONS

. The application should be submitted in the prescribed format. . Application should not be more than 25 pages including CVs. . Candidates are encouraged to submit the application along with supporting documents as a single pdf document. . Applications in subject-fields other than those specified in the advertisement will not be considered. . Please ensure to attach the following supporting documents:  Acceptance letter from host institute in the United States.  Two Recommendation Letters  Statement from the current employer as per the format indicated on Page 6.  Ph.D. Transcript  Passport Copy – If you have applied for passport; kindly mention “Applied For”  Brief CV of Applicant (not exceeding 2 pages)  Brief CV of US Host (not exceeding 2 pages) . 5 STATEMENT FROM THE CURRENT EMPLOYER
