His best 41 season heretofore was when B. J. McKie led the team in 1995 with 42 a 281 record, and this year the son of that team standout, Justin

[3739] 2 1 McKie, led the Yellow Jackets to their only undefeated season in 2 team’s history; and 3 4 Whereas, the respect and credit that the Irmo basketball players 5 have brought to their school and their community gratifies the 6 members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, and they 7 look to hear of the continued accomplishments of these fine 8 athletes in the days ahead. Now, therefore, 9 10 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives: 11 12 That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, 13 by this resolution, recognize and honor the Irmo High School boys 14 varsity basketball team, coaches, and school officials for an 15 outstanding season, and congratulate them for winning the 2013 16 Class AAAA State Championship title. 17 18 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to 19 Interim Principal Creig Tyler and Coach Tim Whipple. 20 XX 21
