RESULTS OF AWB LIMITED TENDER NUMBER 225 HELD WEDNESDAY 16th October 2002.

The 225th tender of wheat, conducted by KPMG for the National Pool, has been completed. The sale by tender offered wheat held in the National Pools to domestic customers with the aim of ensuring that all domestic customers had equivalent access to stocks.

Eight successful bids were received totaling 24000mt.

For all future bids, grades should be submitted according to AWB Limited 2001/2002 binning line receival standards. Quality premiums and discounts for screenings and protein will apply as per the National Pool for both seasons as at the date of tender (Moisture premiums and discounts will also apply for season 2003/2003 as per the National Pool)
