Enterprise Maintenance Procedure and Schedule:

All leased Enterprise cars and vans come with a maintenance booklet and maintenance card that is to be kept in the glove department. This booklet and card will provide you with the number (1-800-325-8838) to call if you need roadside service, to be towed and any questions you may have regarding maintenance including the nearest location to provide maintenance.

For regular maintenance Enterprise recommends Firestone or a Goodrich dealer. Please provide the dealer with your maintenance card at the time you take the vehicle into the shop so that they can provide Enterprise with a record of the work being done and receive payment. If you do not have the maintenance card or booklet let Rebecca Cabaniss (Fleet Manager) at 355 Boylston Street know and she will order a maintenance card and booklet for the vehicle. In the interim you can still take the vehicle in for repairs, just reference your VIN number.

Also, in the glove department there should be a After an Accident folder. In case of an accident, the police should always be called to the scene and an accident report should be faxed to Rebecca Cabaniss at 355 Boylston Street within 24 hours of the accident. The accident report form is located on the CRJ website in the staff area under Administration (Administration and Business Management).

A yearly inspection is required and is the responsibility of all drivers and programs. You may take the vehicle to any gas station/dealer that does inspections.
