MEETING MINUTES – March 02, 2017 2:00pm Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso - Clinical Sciences Building – Rm A3500

III. Presentations Oscar Perez, Program Manager for the 1115 Waiver – DSRIP program in Region 15 discussed the purpose and methodology of “Learning Collaboratives” per the Institute for Healthcare Improvements guidelines. A copy of his power point presentation can be found on the RHP 15 website.
